BHJ StockHub collects information needed to provide inventory management, account access, billing, and support.

• Account information: name or display name, email address, authentication credentials, organization, role, and account status.
• Company and warehouse information: company name, warehouse names, addresses, contact details, and team permission settings.
• Inventory information: SKUs, item names, categories, quantities, prices, stock movements, history, notes, and other inventory records that users enter.
• Images and files: product photos or related files that users choose to upload from the camera, photo library, or file picker.
• Purchase and subscription information: plan, purchase status, billing period, trial status, transaction identifiers, and payment status returned by app stores or payment providers such as Stripe.
• Device and usage information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, logs, crash information, authentication sessions, cookies, and security events.

How we use information

• Create accounts, authenticate users, manage sessions, and verify identity.
• Provide inventory, warehouse, team permission, history, and subscription features.
• Confirm purchase status, process billing, and manage free or paid plans.
• Provide support, investigate bugs, protect security, and prevent misuse.
• Improve service reliability, quality, and usability.

Permissions

• Camera and photo library access are used only when a user chooses to add product images.
• File access is used when a user chooses inventory-related files to upload or attach.
• Internet access is used for account authentication, inventory data synchronization, purchase verification, and support features.

Sharing

We do not sell user data, and we do not store full payment card numbers. We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• With service providers that support authentication, hosting, data storage, email delivery, monitoring, and security.
• With app stores, payment providers such as Stripe, and purchase management services such as RevenueCat to process in-app purchases, subscriptions, checkout, billing status, invoices, refunds, and payment-related support.
• When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• With administrators of the organization that a user belongs to. Administrators can manage inventory data, users, and permissions for that organization.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. To request deletion of an account or organization data, contact us using the details below. Some information may remain in backups or audit logs until those records expire under normal retention schedules.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect user data, including encrypted transport, access controls, protected authentication tokens, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

BHJ StockHub is a business inventory management service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International processing

User data may be processed and stored in countries or regions outside the user's country of residence. When this happens, we protect the information as described in this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the website or in the app. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
